Henderson Heinrichs LLP

I work closely with my clients to find thoughtful and purposeful solutions to their legal issues. I ensure that they are involved in every step of the process and that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I strive to build positive relationships through open communication and mutual trust.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of British Columbia in 2008. I attended law school at the University of Alberta and received my Juris Doctor in 2012. After working as a summer law student and completing my legal articles at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, one of Canada’s top business law firms, I decided to dedicate my practice exclusively to the area of family law.

I am an enthusiastic advocate for my clients both in and out of the courtroom. I encourage negotiation and mediation where appropriate as settlement is almost always the fastest and most cost-efficient way to resolve legal matters. That being said, where there is no other option but to go to court, I am a confident litigator.

I approach each client’s unique set of circumstances with an open mind. I work closely with my clients to find thoughtful and purposeful solutions to their legal issues. I ensure that they are involved in every step of the process and that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I strive to build positive relationships through open communication and mutual trust.

I bring professionalism, collegiality and respect to every aspect of my practice. Providing advice and support to clients as they deal with what is often an emotional and difficult time in their lives is part of my job – being a source of further conflict or stress is not.
